Vacancy Warehouse Manager

Location: Bleiswijk
Employment type: Full-time

Will you help build the logistics engine behind a fast-growing fashion brand?

NUKUS is a Dutch women's fashion brand that has experienced strong growth in recent years. With more than 400 points of sale at home and abroad, a successful webshop, and multiple collections per year, we continue to be in full motion.

For our new warehouse in Bleiswijk, we are looking for a decisive Warehouse Manager who will take the logistics operation to the next level. You will have a key role in setting up, managing, and further optimizing our warehouse processes in a modern, new work environment.

What will you do?

As Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the daily management of our warehouse. You ensure that all logistics processes run efficiently and that our wholesale clients, retailers, and webshop orders are processed correctly and on time.

This is a hands-on position. You manage the team but are also visible on the shop floor every day. You like to roll up your sleeves, provide support where necessary, and act as the point of contact for the team. It is precisely by working alongside your team that you maintain an overview, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that operations run smoothly.

Your tasks include:

Leading the warehouse team and planning daily activities.
Actively working on the shop floor and supporting the daily logistics operation.
Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods flows.
Monitoring inventory levels and stock accuracy.
Optimizing logistics processes and warehouse layout.
Helping build the setup and further development of our new warehouse.
Ensuring efficient order processing for both B2B and e-commerce.
Planning around collection launches and peak periods.
Collaborating with departments such as Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and E-commerce.
Monitoring KPIs and continuously improving performance.
Ensuring a safe, tidy, and organized work environment.

Who are you?

You are a true people manager who gets energy from implementing structure, improving processes, and getting teams in motion. You maintain an overview, think ahead, and are not afraid to take responsibility.

Furthermore, you are a hands-on leader: you find it natural to be among your colleagues on the shop floor and to help out where needed. You lead by example and derive energy from achieving results together.

In addition, you have:

Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.
At least 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or Logistics Team Leader.
Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
Experience with warehouse optimization or setting up logistics processes is a plus.
Affinity with logistics automation and WMS systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.

What do we offer?

At NUKUS, you will join an ambitious, enterprising, and enthusiastic team where growth is central.

We offer:

A challenging position within a fast-growing Dutch fashion brand.
The unique opportunity to help build our new warehouse in Bleiswijk.
Plenty of room for your own initiative and process improvement.
An informal, energetic work atmosphere with short lines of communication.
A market-based salary commensurate with your experience.
8% holiday pay.
A good pension plan.
24 vacation days based on a full-time contract.
Staff discount on the entire NUKUS collection.

Ready to build with us?

Are you ready to become the logistics linchpin of our new warehouse and contribute to the further growth of NUKUS? Are you a manager who doesn't lead from the sidelines, but prefers to be among the team and roll up your sleeves together? Then we would love to meet you.
